Benefit Fact Sheet

Summary

Staff at Airman and Family Readiness Centers  provide counseling to Service members, Veterans, and Family members on their rights, benefits and entitlements,  assist with Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) elections, assist with Reserve Component Survivor Benefit Plan (RCSBP) elections and  keep the retiree population informed of law and benefit changes.  Air Force Retiree Services provides assistance and services to Retirees.

Eligibility

Retiree services are available to all Retired Service members, surviving Spouses and their Families. Airman and Family Readiness Centers provide information and referral to all Service members, including Reservists not yet in receipt of retired pay.
