Summary

The Military Tuition Assistance (MilTA) Program provides financial assistance for voluntary off-duty education programs in support of an Airman and Guardian's professional and personal self-development goals. MilTA is authorized under U.S.C. 10, Section 2007, and implemented by  Department of Defense Instruction 1322.25, Voluntary Education Programs. All Service members (officers, enlisted) on active duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve on active duty (pursuant to U.S. Code Title 10 or Title 32), are authorized to participate in the MilTA program.

Eligibility

Retired Reserve Service members are not eligible for Military Tuition Assistance.
